My Fitness Pal can be a wonderful too to start to understand what we are fuelling our body with, why we might be gaining weight and which foods are beneficial to our weight loss journey.
My top tip is to log your food the day before so you can make sure you are in your calorie balance and have hit your macros, especially protein.
Please don't be temped to go as low as you can with your calories on the app. The goal is always weight loss that you can sustain in the long run. This is a lifestyle change and not another fad diet!
