I’m intrigued with the Is serum and will likely order it when I’m done with my SkinCeuticals Phloretin serum. I’ve seen some differences with the Phloretin, but really not enough to avoid something else. Really enjoy the Chantecaille masks and other skin care, but I’ve found the clay mask so hard to remove. LaMer products don’t agree with me at all…must be the broth! However, the Augustinus Bader Light Cream, released in 2022, is amazing in really cold weather or when my skin is unhappy after dermabrasion, etc. I have oily skin and was happy to find it; the regular cream was too rich for me and went to a new home. Really interesting video - thanks!

Girl if u would switch over to all medical grade skin care you would be really impressed w ur skin. Honestly ever since I switched I really see how amazing the diff is. The prices are the same but the results are very diff. You could actually control your rosacea and fix your dry skin. It’s a Journey trying to find what works best no doubt game changing. You clearly see from is clinical the difference imagine your whole routine. Medical grade also contains a delivery system which is how it gets deeper in the skin. Also May I give you just a tip never mix an acid with your vitamin C serum lol you’re right it’s not a good idea vitamin C should be applied in the morning only not at night and you’re acids could be used at night and remember always use SPF. Look into osmosis skin care they have a retinal now that is unbelievably amazing only one step conversion and never ever ever irritating. I’m a huge skin care fanatic now n just truly impressed w medical grade. I tell everyone I know trying to help. I’m 44 w better skin now than 10 yrs ago. Good luck 😊

I also have a number of medical grade products that I’ve bought from my dermatologist. I do love the TNS serum which is always sold out. I’ll try the new retinol from osmosis… I appreciate the recommendation 😊

@@Allfeisty yea it’s def a Journey to find what u like. I use diff things from many diff lines. The osmosis is a retinAL not retinOl. They have 3 levels so u could start w the mild I believe it’s called calm. Retinal is never ever irritating so I know Ull love it. Retinol is a two step conversion in the skin whereas retinal is only one step so it’s actually better for your skin and doesn’t cause irritation my mind was blown when I discovered that. Also they carry something called rescue which calms the skin and knocks out inflammation you might like that too. Def take another look n try.

Thanks for the advice on the IS Serum. I was using the MARA oil last year but I found it to be too greasy under makeup. Then I switched to Sunday Riley CEO which smells nice, but which I know is not the best. I was going to try C Ferulic then I came across your video. Might as well skip to the best one. Thanks Jennifer!

My Currentbody led mask has definitely done wonders for my skin. I now use it 4 or 5 times weekly together with the Maysama Green Rooibos Pressed Serum (a beautiful antioxidant, formulated to be used with LED tools which, brilliantly, increase it's efficacy 10 fold). I'm (just now) trying to work out how to fit in the NIRA Lazer into my routine. I've been using the LA Bruket 017 lip balm and it's softened my lips beautifully. Cheap as chips but so good. The Augustus Bader cream is gorgeous, it's jam packed with so many skin loving ingredients. However, it's because it's so rich that I can't use it daily - my pimple free/dry skin suddenly produces pimples!!! Sometimes I'll mix some with another moisturiser, that way I get the great ingredients, just a diluted dose so that it doesn't overload my skin 😉 Thank you for sharing your lovely skincare routine with us, 😊😊🙏🏻 Lots of love 💜🤍💜🤍💜🤍💜

Hi Jennifer. Since the La Mer Cleansing Oil is discontinued, have you found something to replace it? I have the Rose de Mai Cleansing Balm but I'm looking for something in a pump. I have the Shu Uemura Ultime8 Cleansing Oil but its a bit more watery. I have heard that the Retrouve Cleansing Elixir is nice and I think I remember you mentioning it years ago. Anyway, would love to hear your thoughts on a replacement cleansing oil for the La Mer. Thank you.

I’ll have to check out the super serum. I did the skinceuticals but it didn’t really do anything for my skin. I feel the same way about the La Mer. I don’t want my moisturizer to have all these actives. I just want it to hydrate and soothe.

I love the lamer lotion and the moisturizing creme. The soft creme is hit or miss, if I use it every day my skin will freak out. The Ausgustinus B did nothing for me at all (not even moisturizing for me) and I tried 2 bottles. I have eczema on my face (so fun right?) and it makes it so hard to find high end products that work. I really like Kate Somerville products (retinol, cleansers, and her kate ceuticals serum) I never react to those. I also like the Biossance brand. It really is a journey to find what you like😅

Thanks so much for this video! Your skin looks fantastic, so whatever you are doing and using is definitely the right way to go! One suggestion… Vitamin C is recommended to use in the morning because it’s an antioxidant, so it will help fight all the “bad stuff” attacking your skin during the day. Also. It helps your sunscreen to work better. I’m only half-way through your video, so maybe you use a different Vitamin C in the morning. Just wanted to mention this before I forgot what I wanted to say! 🤣

A couple of things...first, your skin looks so great! That ISClinical serum always has confused me...thought you weren't supposed to mix Vitamin C and Peptides together....? I am on month 4 of using Augustinus Bader The Cream night and day and the Essence at night...Ive seen incredible changes in my skin, more than the years of tretinoin.
I a, so glad you did this. Let me start by saying , the Lakers you are doing. Wow. What a difference in your skin. ReLly nice. Also I have never had a skin care routine.😮😮 I’m 61 and need to get on board. Thankfully I don’t look my age. I wanted to try La Mer , AB , and Sisley. They are too pricey sadly for me. But I’m so glad you mentioned retrouve , I have been eye balling their products. I’m going to wipe off cobwebs off my wallet and just do it 😂😂😂😂😂

Jen, I'm not about to suggest changes when what you use works. I have my own systems that help me and not about to change. I've lived my entire life with lips so dry that they would crack and bleed. I've also had sinus issues which causes me to primarily breathe from my mouth too. Yes, COVID has thrown us all off, yet over the last 3-4yrs (?), I started using the Algenist Lip Collagen. It's not enough on its own but it's the first step in my lip-care regime. They did have a lip-gloss that works perfectly in conjunction with the Collagen, yet I've never seen that available since. I definitely will spread my facial skincare over my lips and it helps! Other great products are MUFE Lip Booster Serum; Dior's Maximiser Serum, Glow Balm (which I add last before bed) and Maximisers (alone or over lipstick). I'm still constantly applying products during the day, but it's something that works for me finally when nothing else has for 50yrs! Personally, I can't live without eye serums or creams, even a specialised under-eye smoother as they truly have worked. Although I can use anything on my skin without irritation, I do go for more natural based regimes. Have you ever tried anything from the Dead Sea which is renowned for its healing properties? I do agree in changing around our skincare to suit the seasons and there is never anything wrong with using a calming, soothing cream to settle the skin! Despite not having the budget you have, I've still managed to purchase great regimes, (I do find it best to stay within one brand at a time), such as Algenist, YSL, NassifMD Dermaceuticals and one I import from Israel from the Dead Sea. There's also a company in Australia called Jurlique that is available worldwide that is as natural as you can get. Although I haven't used their skincare for quite sometime, I'm in love with their hydrating mists which also work as aromatherapy. Their Rosewater Mist is their best-seller and considerably cheaper than Chantecaille. You seem to be doing well yourself and smart enough to know what works for you. Take care.🇦🇺💖🕊

Thank you for doing this Jen! And for being so brave and letting us see the beautiful face under the make up. We have a lot in common in terms of our dry sensitive skin and many of the same solutions work for me, AKA La Mer and I’ve also discovered Bader Balm and Rich Cream and love them. I recently started to use the La Mer Treatment Lotion (green bottle) as a combo toner and prep for cream and am impressed. Like you I don’t use retinol. I have tried a variety of AHA and vitamin C products and I’ve finally settled on Sunday Riley CEO. It does not irritate but seems to boost radiance, evenness and plumpness. I’m sold on it. Biggest learning for me here…. Chantecaille. I’ve never tried the skin care and now I might.
