Did you take topical finasteride until now sir? I got my hair transplant and i’m in a 2.5 months now. 2800k grafts and my doctor told me that my hair is stabilized so he advised me not to take a finasteride and he gave me a biotin, topical minoxidil and prp injection. I’m 31 years old now turning 32 this year. Hopefully 🤞 seeing a good results and i’m waiting for it.

Ive tried oral finesteride with low dose oral Minoxidil with no regrowth. Now just started topical finesteride which has azelaic acid and 10% Minoxidil in the mix. Could i take 0.5 distasteride orally, perhaps, 3 times per week alongside it? Do you think that would have a big impact? I also dermastamp reasonably gently a couple times a week. And do you think hair can grow back from dead zones on the scalp?

Hi Melvin, I'm 28 and a NW6 myself but I don't want to do any medical intervention (even minoxidil). My donor is fairly thick. Do you think it is possible for me to do a giga session and get good results without fin/min/dut?
@HairTransplantNetwork

It’s possible, but you could probably save money getting on medication and getting some hair back.

I was Victimized by fly by night doctor at one of the hair clinic at Walnut Creek in CA more than 10 yrs ago(and i forgot the name of that clinic but it wasn't only for hair it's also for women's vanity). Because of my being naive and rushing to have hair transplant without researching if this surgeon was ligit so i went into that shady clinic run by European sounding doctor . I think nothing grew on my scalp so i went back after a year to my original clinic of which they did 1st and 2nd session before to add a few more hairs, the more legit Bosley at S.F.

Regards finasteride, you got side effects , hmm now would you get side effects taking 1 pencil sized dot of finasteride, hmmm not a hope, how about two pencil sized dot , nope. The trouble with finasteride was you were taking too much. 1mg is too much for you, 1/2 mg is too much, 1/4 of a mg is too much. One 5mg tablet lasts me a month, and it keeps my hair on my head. I take 0.08 of a MG twice a day , after lunch, and going to bed.

Very knowledgeable, but i want to know like how you get that required dosage out of 1mg tablet? Do you use pill cutter?
@isaackent2355
4 ай бұрын
@@alokikmitra1462 First thing I do is cut 5MG pill in half, then I use a small scissors to chip off a tiny bit twice a day. I close my hand over it when cutting, as it could go fly, cut a little nap, into the palm of my hand, enough to lick of your palm, followed by a drink. Crazy but it's what I've done for years, as I too had side affects, so instead of not using Fin, I just use a micro amount daily, and hair is still on my head.
@alokikmitra1462

@@isaackent2355 really amazing sir. Actually microdosing works effectively according to studies but the FDA hasn't looked into it and the recommended dosage is still 1mg from them which is bogus. Also im 24 and i have pretty good amount of hair on my head. Also i achieved mature hairline when i was around 20 or 21 and its been stable. So i wont be taking medicines as of now. But in future if there's some receding or formation of bald patches(which i pray doesn't happen) then maybe I'll hop on them. But as i got to know abt the sides i was all into this thing like what could be the alternatives , and then i got to know that microdosing is equally effective without any sides and i was really happy when people confirmed this. Apart from that what i have been doing is regular scalp massages and balayam(a kind of yoga exercise) which helps in scalp blood circulation. And i have stopped using heat styling products and the results are small small hair have started to grow around my hair line. And im really happy abt it. Also i have changed my diet and now im eating less junk and sugary items. Maybe you can also include this thing in your daily routine and it will help you for sure. 😊

I am a xyon partner, but I wasn’t paid anything to make a review, otherwise I would have put “paid promotion” in the video. Dutasteride is a proven pharmaceutical drug. There is nothing to prove. You don’t have to use Xyon, but to claim dutasteride is “unproven” is laughable.

@@HairTransplantNetwork yes, I agree, Dut was past safe & affective in South Korea in 2009 & in Japan in 2015. Dut is better than Fin.
