Week three of my healing deep dive is all about breaking out of lack mentality, and pushing my personal limits. There are so many directions I want to go with my healing and so much I want so share with you. I figured the best way to reflect my purpose and the reason why I started Courtney's Collective in the first place would be to share with you my raw, vulnerable, and sometimes uncomfortable journey of healing. I have been on my healing journey for a few years now, and as I have brought my traumas to the surface, my body as taken the brunt of everything. During week two I share with you the self care practices I love, the moments of reflection I faced during times where I fell off track, and a weekend trip to see my mom. I am not a professional. I am not an instructor. I am a person who thinks that this world needs more vulnerability. I am learning as I go. I am making mistakes along the way. I am learning. I am growing. I hope you'll tag along and maybe if you feel called to make changes in your life, you'll join me in healing by doing what works for YOU. You do not need to do what I am doing, nor do I want people following my exact process. Each individual person has a unique background and a unique body. Let my process simply be a source of comfort for you if you are struggling with starting your own healing deep dive.
