You are so right. I've watched a lot of natural videos and used a lot of the suggested products and rarely land the same results. It has nothing to do with hair types. The products are made for all "types" of hair. What I've noticed is some youtubers will give tips and tidbits about products while others will not. And some of the popular youtubers are not giving important information regarding a product. Sometimes they will use the product before they tape and then tape. Sometimes they say they've already practiced and sometimes they won't so you will think they are getting the perfect results. I have a friend that is a popular youtuber. Believe me this is fact.

Hang in there. Before you know it your hair will be way past arm pit length. It does take time. What I do is take pictures of my length every 3 months. Follow the weekly washes. You can twist, braid etc. Just no heat. You will be surprised at your healthy hair success. Oh yeah, deep condition every time you wash. A good 30 min. Under the dryer heat is not necessary. Just throw on a bag and the heat and moisture will do its thing. Good luck

I wish you were in Atlanta so I could give you a BOMB silk press 😩 pro tip: you want to get really sharp professional shears made out of steel because BSS shears will create more split ends in your hair. & when/if you do that make sure you get them sharpened a couple of times a year and oil them weekly ☺️ your hair looks phenomenal though sis 🙌🏾

Grace M. a lot of places that sell shears also sharpen them. It'll only run you about $20. It's best to get them sharpened by the company you got them from because they have warranty's on them. However if you know how, it's also pretty easy to do yourself ☺️

This is my hair routine 👏👏 So I wash my hair weekly and moisture every 2-3 days 1. I Rinse my hair with water 🚿 and part it into four sections so it can be easier to cleanse 2. In my four sections I will start to shampoo my hair after I finish shampooing each section I put it in twist and leave it for about 3 minutes just so my scalp can be nice and clean and sometimes my hair can take 1-2 weeks without a wash when I do this method 3. After three minutes I will rinse out the shampoo in my hair then after I finish rinsing I will take the twist out 4. I get my rinse out conditioner (it’s very thick) it has the most best slip ever and makes my hair so SOFT!! I apply that to the 4 sections then twist it and leave that in for 7 - 10 minutes after I will rinse the conditioner out and undo my twists 5. I finger detangle mostly but when my hair is very tangled I use a wide tooth comb 6. I blowdry my hair on LOW HEAT....I add Leave In Conditioner this also protects my hair from heat damage and 2 different types of heat Protectant Spray and Oil..... so I will get absolutely no damage especially as I am using low heat 7. After I finish I will put moisturising cream in my hair and oil 8. Then I will do a low manipulation hair style like 2 buns 9. The next day I will spray my hair with water from my spray bottle 10. After the next couple of days my hair will get very dry so before I go to bed I split my hair in four sections and apply my Leave In Conditioner, Spray my hair with water, and follow in with an oil...... I will plait the 4 sections and go to bed with a Satin/Silk scarf I will answer if anyone has questions 🤗

You and your mane are so beautiful 😍 I wanted to let you know that cruelty free refers to the company not testing their products on animals. Many big name companies such as Johnson & Johnson and L’Oréal Paris have been known for testing their products; (such as bleach and other household cleaning products and beauty products) on animals to test for human consumption and use. I for one am someone who has been anti-animal testing since I learned about it; and cruelty free refers to that specifically.
