I'm big on horse behavior and this is a great video. Horse is very, very curious but relaxed. Great relationship with the girl too and I liked how she's got some horse language skills with the way she would use her body to move the horse near the end with the turning. Horse is free of ropes etc because of this, which is also great. Very enjoyable video.

@@chrisnsf4626 Hiya. I was curious as to what your interpretation of why the horse paws at the ground quite a bit in this video. I know that this can signify a handful of different mindsets, but, given your expertise, I was hopeful you’d have a better handle on what’s up with his repetitive pawing.

Male horse will give notice about to pee n poop. when hes about to pee he will keep his hind feet still and step forward with his front feet ie stretching himself out. When a poop is about to happen the tail goes up. If eiither of those two warning signs appear you can give him a sharp loud verbal correction and send him out of the house post haste!

What a happy and healthy horse. I loved seeing the curiosity in his eyes and body language; he's obviously very relaxed and feels safe in your house. Looks like he just wants to join the rest of the herd inside haha. I personally would never let my horse inside, but if you trusted him enough to let him in, well, you know your own horse better than anyone else. And its obvious from his coat and muscles that you guys take good care of him.

Crazy Equestrian you call yourself crazy equestrian is that you're life or just wishful thinking, because judging from the her horse is obviously trained in ( depending on the trainer eg. Monty Roberts ) join up with natural horsemanship & I'm sure she didn't buy such a good horse to take into the house... Think about it, I'm sure he wins rings around him.. He is stunning & in great shape well done on him, I'm a little green I've to keep my horse in the yard I work in about 10 km away, I dream of a little cottage near the coast with enough space for about 10 horses & our dog's we'd happily live in a 2 man tent if land was anyway affordable in Ireland, so we got a huge plot in Cambodia but moving there is a couple of yrs off yet, thankfully world horse welfare are out there training a team of local lads to tend hooves & make tack but my horses there will only need trims as they will go bare foot apart from my endurance mare. From what I've found here are a lot of small working ponies & 2 riding establishments the happy ranch in semi rep near ankor wat & 1in the capital a country club, which when I was last there had a good foreign farrier but lots of horrific tack ill fitting tack broken trees so I'm not hopeful about buying an Arab mare and big cob type for the hubby I'm sure I'll be able to get horses for taking tourists to the beach & a small few as my Cambodian sisters husband lives on our plot or it would be taken over so I've one rescue mare there & when I ride her out to sea sometimes the dolphins come in to play with us it's so cool the plan is to ship my endurance mare out there she's been almost every where else. But you're horse reminds me of a Welch pony that we had years ago if we slept in on the weekends she would open her door come in the sliding door grab a few carrots & come to our room, pull the blanket off us.... Such a cool pony another rescue... Live n breath horses n would not have it any other way...

***** I actually ride horses so know much about them. No i havent just started i've been riding for years. I was just making a statement but u took it way took far. I dont show anymore but all i was saying in that comment was that with love and care and enough training they could win shows in the horsemanship division........not saying its a must im just telling them in wat i see in my eyes they could go a long way that horse IF they decided to show. Im not all about showing for i love horses like they r my siblings.

***** i agree no one is actually "advanced" if they still make mistakes and think they r the BEST rider. Im sick ppl saying that. Thats why my trainer dosent believe in beginner, intermediate, and advanced. She says simply just says "that rider knows more then u and will be most likely to handle a dangerous situation better than u can." Just bc u can ride high jumps and tricky mounts and confusing courses dont mean jack. It just means u and that horse has special bond to be able to do that type of stuff that it is capable of doing.

At the farm, where I ride occasionally there is a big open stable where the horses and humans are seperated by a wooden fence through the middle of the room. I see that many horses like to hang out around the humans especially near the kitchen area or facilities that we use. They will also walk into the kitchen if you don't watch closely.
