Did yr neighbours get annoyed when u built new fence on correct property line, meaning less space on their side?
@nzbuilder
4 жыл бұрын
Hey Ann, the neighbour was the one that subdivided the property so I think he knew it was coming and didn't put up a fight!!! I offered to do it at no charge to him so that I faced the least resistance possible and got it done as soon as we moved in. It was definitely worth it for the space we clawed back and on their side it was only car parking and driveway anyway : )

Just bought a 1950s stucco/weather board house in Hawkes Bay. It is 180m2 and needs a fair bit of work. Deck needs new balustrades (too low for kids), spiral stair on deck needs to go, deck needs sanding and varnishing. Wall paper needs stripping, carpet needs to come up, ceilings need attention. Feel like what the hell of we let ourselves in for. But it has a pool so all is good :)
