150 g brown sugar (5.3 oz)
2 eggs
180 ml espresso (6.1 fl oz)
220 g all-purpose flour (7.8 oz)
50 g hazelnuts (1.8 oz)
2 tbsp cocoa
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
Chocolate frosting:
100 g dark chocolate (3.5 oz)
100 ml 30% cream (3.4 fl oz)
2 tbsp espresso
Baking instructions:
Bake at 180°C (356°F) for 45 minutes with convection.
