I realize that we all need help in life at times and nothing is our fault. Being very ill with this illness we have to be very careful with really everything . We have to watch everything that has the potential to cause us stress. I always said, this is so challenging as so many things in life have some layer of stress in it.
How do we limit this ongoing stress? We have to start to change change how we are interpreting things. How we process information into our bodies and minds. We have to work on our headset, thoughts, feelings, emotions.
HAVE COMPASSION FOR YOURSELF DURING THIS ILLNESS..IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT SOMEONE ELSE SAYS ABOUT YOU.
1. We need to work on not living in our PAST.
2. We need to watch out for other peoples opinions, we have our own too.
3. We have to set boundaries. We may have to create distance from certain people in our lives.
4. We will have to say NO.
5. We will have to change our limiting beliefs we have created to better beliefs.
6. You may have to terminate relationships that create to much stress for you eventually.
Much awareness is needed about our thought process. We have to think about things in a different way. We are evolving and changing during this illness. YOU ARE CREATING A NEW YOU.
