Nice informative video as usual, thanks. I always have with me a 4" ceramic rod and a DMT diamond double grit for more "aggressive" sharpening. P.S: the link in the description box to the ceramic rod leads to the CC4(same link)

Good points great knife steel really shouldn't need a "sharpening" in the field more a stropping I love ceramic rods for most my honing needs keep grinding brotha!!(=✌💚

I knew you would go back and work on the tool roll! Haha! I like it! I typically carry a worksharp field sharpener and a small strip (the one on there is tiny) and maybe a ceramic rod and I've got a tiny victorinox honing steel. Where did you get those 4" ceramic rods?

Hahaha! You kinda reminded me to get to work on it. Those were part of a ceramic rod sharpening kit Lansky sells on Amazon. I've got an affiliate (wink wink) link to it in the description box.
