Dear Helly, close your ears and do not listen to those people. The international community needs you and if you are good in what you do, money flows. There are of course steps to be taken in your career to ensure that and i hope that i provide some assistance through this channel. i believe @Princess Sofia HRH also liked your question and i hope she get to see the answer from here.

First of all, I would like to thank you because I am a law student in my 3rd year and I really appreciate the fact that you practice what you "preach". This is so inspiring. I do want to be an international lawyer but I know I have a long way to get there. But thank you for your vulnerability and transparency.

I just finished a BA in International Relations but IHL and Human Rights have always been my passion, that's why I have decided to pursue a Law degree now so I can later on pursue a LLM and become a Human Rights Lawyer. I think now is the time to invest in education because it seems like the labour market is definitely in a bit of a crisis. Watching your videos is encouraging me to pursue my dream, so thank you!

Hi Diana! It may have been a while since you first posted this video, but I still want to say thank you for sharing this beautiful, inspiring life story about how you began your career as an international human rights lawyer! The two things you learned from that tragedy at the age of 5 (1. life is not given to waste it and 2. fear is the creation of imagination) did strongly resonate with me. As a college student majoring in philosophy and psychology, I am still trying to figure out what my future career would be and standing between two divergent paths, psychology or law, of my graduate programs. Would you mind sharing more about how you made your decision of choosing law instead of psychology at that time when you applied for graduate schools? Thank you so much!🥰

Dear Christine, thank you so much for your kind words and apologies for the lateness of my reply. I have been on maternity to give birth to my second daughter and recently resumed work. What made choose law over psychology? Psychology addresses the needs of an individual but law can address the needs of a nation by correcting the history and the record. For example, the Sudan case at the ICC, i cannot change what happened but through my work i can ensure that the history says what happened is wrong. Through my work i believe and feel that i address the tribe/community trauma. This is my personal reflection and i hope it helps, if not please drop me a dm on instagram @dianalousia to discuss. All the best,

Wow, interesting story about yourself. You definitely need to hear about my story and case. Could maybe give me the good advice I need, on how I take the National Lottery to court so I can sue them. I would win my case for massive compensation and change the lottery, if I can get them in court, but don't really know how. You also wait till I finally get round to writing my book about it all as well. You'd enjoy that. I'll email you a brief outline of what happened to me in a couple of days time if that's OK?

@DianaCon
4 жыл бұрын
Dear Dua, well done on your decision. I truly wish you all the best and flourish within your choices. To answer to your questions: - Yes, I do get stressed but it is mostly creative and to make sure that I have done all preparation that is needed. I do not stress appearing in court or speaking in front of the public. - I believe we humans are many things and we (I) have to appreciate it. There is time for everything but it requires discipline and determination. I am trying to have a fulfilling family life, and so far, I want to believe that I am doing well, but it may be too early to say anything ... since I do not have children. :) I hope this answers to your questions!

They also trespassed on my properties and put the same holes in the brake line in my kitchen plumbing. I have evidence and documents of ongoing abuse. I was BULLIED OUT OF MY JOB WITH THE CITY LATER after the woman there 37 years retired. Then I had police abuse and false arrest..... it is because of police mechanic cut the brake line on my car, POLICE ABUSE BY STATE TROOPERS, SHERIFF AND BULLYING....
