Each time something is fixed, solved, or improved, you just got a little happier. At some point, you realize all the problems that remain are things you can't change and have started to accept, or they really aren't that big of a deal anyways (you know, after housing, food, children, etc are all taken care of), and you can settle back be happy.

You got me bawling here. I jumped on with the Diablo 4 thing and while my interest in the game quickly faded, I really liked watching you react to yourself grow. So chill and relaxing, in a time in my own life where I am about to be 39 and I am living in a box. Been homeless since floods destroyed everything i've ever owned and sleeping on the couch in a friends one bedroom apartment. We have been looking for a new place for about 6 months now (far longer than my interest in D4 was) and things are feeling really grim for me but I have always enjoyed your content (that you must have been breaking yourself to make) because it was just a source of chill and relaxing. Your voice has a soothing and calming quality over me and it has helped for ages. Seeing you get so emotional over your little box... YOUR space to call your own, the sense of security you are feeling and radiating... Man, I am SO fucking happy for you, and I cannot wait to share in it with you. DM, I've been watching you for years now. It's been up and down. Sometimes I don't agree with how quick (or harshly) you are to judge something, and other times I'm surprised at how quickly you are to see through some bullsh!t. But I have to say, seeing success come to someone who is clearly passionate about what they do is something we should all be happy for. Many years ago I went through a horrible divorce and was also laid off from my job the same year, the early 2000's crash. I had to build everything back up. It's amazing how it changes your view on the simplest things. Fast forward, I'm engaged, theres kids, I have a stable job. There is a lot to be happy with. In short, I know the feeling and the sense of pride you must feel. The gaming community can be toxic. I'm glad we're able to come together to celebrate with everyone! This is part of the community that non-gamers don't see or understand.

I appreciate these "back to earth" reflection videos the most out of all of your content, man. I subbed you like the first week of d4 release because of two things; 1. your titles/thumbnails aren't some bs clickbait phishing-rod 2. you're not trying to be someone you're not as a façade in your vids & acting a certain way because it's what's "hot" at that particular moment. I’m super happy for you man I don’t even stick around for the games or content specifically so much as I like your personality and how you present things. If I could chime in with one piece of advice though. As happy as you are to be in a house renting, get out of the renting trap asap. Owning a house and only paying property taxes will be such a huge difference. Try to get and pay off a house asap. Try not to mortgage and just start dumping money into retirement after the house is sorted. If you can get steady medium risk diversified portfolios you can be set for life. My whole family passed by the time I was 33 and I invested everything I inherited. There will come a point for most people where working will no longer be an option be it age, physical or mental health and you want to protect yourself financially for that point or be able to retire early enough to enjoy being retired and not being too old to do anything. Anyway really happy to see you doing well I hope it continues to grow and get even better.

I actually discovered you when you made the video when you said you were not ok. A lot of what you said in that video resonated with me, and I think echoed how many men feel these days. It's honestly great to see you in a better spot. I hope it continues to get better.

Its amazing how many people take space for granted...like just space to work or live comfortably. It takes a simple humble video like this to show how amazing a better living space can affect your life.

Congratulations on your growing success! I actually found you because of Diablo IV, and I was a total noob! I'm happy you are able to live your dream. I'm glad for the little bit of support I've been able to give you. Good luck for a more prosperous future!

It’s been a privilege to watch your success, Darth. That success is not based on D4, that was just the vehicle that created an opportunity. The success was created by you - your humbleness, sense of fun, and your energy and ideas. You deserve to enjoy the fruits of that. Heartfelt thanks to you bro, and many happy days are to come.

Not a word about Path of Exile? I discovered you as the "Diablo guy discovering Path of Exile" and I've seen your numbers grow from there! If I remember you had just under 80k subscribers on KZitem, and there you are approaching 300k, really superb job my man!! 👍😄

I don’t really watch ur content that much since it’s nothing really interesting to me but I feel your pain and frustration with the regular job and I’m really happy for you that you took the opportunity to change your life around and made it better!
