Its crazy to see the difference even for me at the start of the year i had bad balance i was pretty slow and weak but now after going to the gym 5-7times a week + judo and mma, i tried to do a heel kick today and it felt effortless like it felt natural even if i hadnt trained for it at all. Many things happened this year but only by looking at the past, can you see how much you have improved.

If you want to learn how to strike go to a decent muay Thai gym. No disrespect but the kicks this guy was throwing aren't impressive and it isn't apparent he can fight at all. Learn bread and butter strikes and learn them well if you want to learn how to strike this flashy shit isn't effective in a real fight. Basic punching combos and roundhouses + teeps and people doing this flashy shit are getting smoked just sayin.

was morbidly obese in teen years, recently lost 130+ pounds over the last year and got a heavy bag to learn how to strike on… anyway I quit boxing after 6 months and just focused on calisthenics for a while but the past 2 weeks I’ve been stretching very well, tendons and muscles, while walking, working out hard every third day, eating perfectly, practicing 2-3 types of kicks on each leg every day. The progress is nuts. I went from not being able to front kick above my lower chest to full spinning hooks above my head. Anyway ik this is an old vid but I really wanna thank you for all this information and amazing content you put out. I specifically used your vids and kneesovertoes guy to basically rehab my legs into the best they’ve ever been and learn some solid basic kicks. I used to hurt walking, now I actually have hops. It’s kinda bizarre to think how quickly the mind and body can change. ik a whole bunch of us appreciate all this. Can’t wait to learn some of the anime kicks you’ve covered. Keep going man, living inspiration
