great to see another gp’ers setup! it’s so similar to mine - right down to the purple pill kits and the ‘medication graveyard’ drawer lol....was diagnosed at the mayo clinic in USA in 2010 - back home on west coast of Canada - the tests to diagnose gp didn’t yet exist back then. so was basically alone and trying to research gp management myself as we do! its so cool to see social media and content platforms having such a strengthening effect for us! your videos for me for sure! you’re progressing through all of this so fast - finding the next new way to manage - getting things done - moving forward. faster than me anyway! such an achievement, what you’re doing here. a huge compliment to you, and all my bests to you in any state of health. people need what you’re doing here - chronically ill folks. other people like it because they use your pain to better appreciate their able lives. classic disability narrative / white saviour complex. but don’t do it for them, do it for us! : ) and don’t let them get to you over time either - use them right back like you’re doing! get those views girl.

@@amyleefisher52 Hi Amy. My hubby got a neurogenic bladder after he damaged his back. It started off as urine retention so he self cathed. Then came the IDC's. Then the SPC's (supra-pubic catheters) basically a bladder line. Then came the bladder spasms and Botox injections internally into his bladder every 3 months. He was getting bladder infections fortnightly . He and his doctors finally decided on removing his bladder and prostate and gave him an urostomy bag. Now please don't think I'm saying that you're going to go that far. I just wanted to give you his back story . My main question is - how do you cope with frequent urinary infections? Do they make you feel feverish and off? For 5 months the bugs stayed away but now they're back. Do you have any tips? I know you have other horrible/annoying issues to deal with and please don't think I am minimizing them, but it's hard to watch your love sick. Take care sweetie .

Hi Ms Amy. I have a question for you. I like the purple and white pill box that you show us at the 1:27 mark of the video. Would you mind telling me where you got it? It looks large enough to hold all of my daily meds and supplements and it also looks like the compartments would stay tightly closed. That's an issue with the pill boxes I've had in the past and am currently using. Thank you so much. I love all of your decor and home furnishings and I admire your tenacity. Keep on keeping on. Someday, all of us vulnerable folks will be completely safe from Covid 19. I'm keeping the faith. 💜Stay safe and well - Janine

I currently have all my medical paraphernalia under my bed in under bed storage but it makes it difficult to know when I need to order more. I am so inspired by your storage to actually buy a set of drawers like yours for organising all of my meds and prescribed equipment. As someone who is a long term in dwelling catheter user (currently on nhs waiting list for a suprapubic catheter) I also suffer awfully with frequent UTI’s and have had sepsis twice in the last 18 months. I would love if you could do a video on your hospital bag and what you keep (if you do keep) ready in your bag for your next hospital stay. I often consider setting a bag up but have never got round to it so it’s usually my carers having to grab together everything whilst I wait for an ambulance.
