I really loved this. Most realistic minimalist men's wardrobe I've seen. I love wearing different things each day. I certainly have basics but some days I want some colour like you said- red is my go-to for a pop of colour but I love green too. I only buy things second hand (for environmental reasons) and I never seem to find anything in the forest green I like. I do have one tshirt that's forest green but I barely wear it because I don't want it to wear out haha. I love everything I own and I could have less but I'm happy where I'm at. Glad to see another minimalist who likes to mix things up.

I like that you have a variety of clothes that you enjoy and help you feel comfortable and expressive! I also wouldnt be happy with a boring black only wardrobe. It is a little larger than what I expected, but minimalism isnt a one size fits all approach. Since you clearly find value in your wardrobe I think the size is appropriate! Also you have great style!

I totally know how you feel. My closet looks the same as Ronald. The thing that I have come to learn is that minimalism can cater to your specific needs. I don't think it means that you can only have shirts and 4 pair of pants. If you have 10 shirts and wear them all on a constant rotation. That would be perfectly fine. Its having those articles of clothing that you never wear, or buying new items and continuing to clutter. That is the real issue. This is my point of view.

So I have been wondering what the minimalist approach is to how long does a person wear their clothing until you think it is dirty enough to wash it? I do know that the more you wash clothing and the more you put it in the dryer that you will decrease the life of it.
@lelexoxo303
4 жыл бұрын
How about using common sense? If it smells or looks like it needs a wash, there's no hidden "the fashion police will come and get you if you wear one shirt five times before washing" secret to it. Maybe besides hang-drying your clothing.
