ingredients:
-olive oil
-one onion
-2 minced garlic cloves
-one carrot
-2 sticks of celery
-half of fresh paprika
-450g ground beef
-1 tsp italian herbs
-1 tsp paprika powder
-1 tsp black pepper powder
-1 tsp salt
-200 ml canned tomatoes
-250g pasta
-pour 1/2 cup water
-chopped fresh parsley
-parmesan cheese
Recipe:
-heat a pan over medium heat, add olive oil.
-add in chopped onion, fry for 30 seconds, add minced garlic cloves, fry for 30 more seconds, add chopped carrot, fry for 1 minutes.
-add chopped paprika and chopped celery, fry for another minutes.
-add ground beef, cook until is no longer pink, add the spices( Italian herbs, paprika powder, black pepper, salt) mix well.
-pour canned tomatoes, cover with lid and cook for 10-12 minutes.
-boil the water over medium heat.
-boil water as needed in pot with 1 tsp salt, add pasta and cook it for 10-12 minutes over medium heat.
-pour 1/2 cup pasta water into pasta sauce, turn off the heat, add in Cookes pasta into pan. Mix it well.
-finish it with chopped fresh parsley.
-serve it with parmesan cheese and basil leaves.
