IMPORTANT: This recipe makes 16 dumpling and the filling for each dumpling is 1 tablespoon. (This is very important in ensure success, please follow precisely :) )
What makes this recipe special are 2 things:
1. The dough recipe that makes it incredibly easy to fold the pleats
2. The secret technique my mom created to avoid the hassle of having to make the "meat jelly" traditionally used for getting the soup in the soup dumplings.

Oil 1Tbsp (Neutral, not olive oil)
Water 1/4 cup
finely minced pork (medium fat)200g

sugar 1/4 tsp
sesame oil 1/4 tsp
fish sauce 1/2 teaspoon
chicken stock 3/4 cup
cooking wine 1/2 Tbsp
