As a Jamaican tea is important and and every day thing, because we don't play with gas. Drinking ginger tea here is parallel to how people drink green tea in china. The last time I had a cold or flu is well over 10 years.

Ask him how regular he is. If he isn’t having at least two bowel movements a day, he may need to change his diet. The ginger will definitely help, but a diet change may be in order as well. Constipation causes mucus buildup and sickness. If it’s not related to his digestion, alcohol consumption, smoking or inflammation caused by an unknown source may be the culprit.

Since this video mentions digestion quite a bit, I'm wondering if you've ever tried any kefir? It can made from water or milk, is very high in probiotics and in the case of milk kefir, the fermentation process increases the b vitamin content of the milk while reducing lactose. If one is sensitive to the protein casein, plant milk can be used although this won't have any b vitamins. I've also found fermenting vegetables and fruit to be very beneficial to my gut health.
