Thank you so much Mizuki 🥺❤️❤️ I am so happy this video can help you feel motivated! This is definitely one of the days where I was super on top of things but there are days like today where I rested a lot more and did relaxing things like drawing and reconnecting with friends ☺️🙏🏻 I love seeing motivating routines on KZitem as well whenever I’m feeling in need of that spark so I’m so happy you felt that way from this video 🥺❤️

I'm just a meer 7th grade dude, and I dream about going either to Stanford or Yale Universersity. The outstanding time managment is something I hope to have before entering freshman, as well as the discipline you have in executing those plans! I have a couple of questions I would like to ask (please don't let my questions intervere with your work, I know the demand for action is high in an Ivy Uni like Harvard). What methods do you use to dwarf distraction from phones? How do you manage break times (not turning them into distractions) and actually enjoy them, as well as get back to work with no problem? How do you have enough energy to focus on work after classes? Thanks in advance! Goodluck in graduating, I'm 100% sure you'll make it!

I appreciate these questions so much, Elvin and they are really great ones! I would love to make a video going in depth on these questions for you but for now, I can tell you my favorite tips for those questions so you can implement them as soon as you’d like to! 1. To not get distracted by my phone I like to set it to do not disturb and put it in an area far away from me (or I put it in a random cardboard box that I call my “phone box”) This is a physical way to remind yourself not to touch your phone, but to strengthen this even more, it really starts with the mindset. Your phone can even be a tool- I like to time myself for 10-25 minutes per task and tell myself I will not touch my phone while the timer is going on! You need to really tell yourself “in this 10 minutes, I will honor and respect my time and dedication to this task because it is important for (x) reason” 2. Break times are just as important as study times- but what you do on that break matters. I would time myself on breaks if I’m going on social media because if I don’t have a limit, I usually keep scrolling. For a productive break, I find that reading (a physical book), drawing, journaling, or just looking at nature are really good options for you to come back feeling refreshed ☺️ Overall, please do what makes you feel healthy and happy because that is the most important! 3. Energy is so important. I have studied over the years what gives me the most energy and for me it is 1) 30 min of exercise (especially focusing on core strength or walking) 2) getting fresh air and experiencing nature and sunlight 3) drinking enough water and having fruits and vegetables (proper nutrition) and 4) practicing acts of kindness and connecting to others (opening the door for someone, sharing compliments, helping people)! Thank you for your kind wishes and I hope these tips are helpful! Please feel free to let me know if you have more questions/ find any of these helpful! ☺️🙏🏻
