I wake up at 4 am but I have to leave the house by 5:30 because it takes me 2 hours to commute to work and I have to be there by 8. So I can’t really have a fancy morning routine. :/ But I have learned to enjoy the commute and read while I get to work. :) And I try and focus on my night/evening routine when I can get most things done. And also on the weekends. I wonder if there are people who do this. P.S. Your videos are very inspiring. I’m a small KZitemr. Love your channel!

love how realistic this routine is. most of the morning routines I see are way too structured which totally make you not want to get out of bed. maybe that works for some people, but a laid back routine that makes you want to get out of bed seems much more realistic

I felt so weird when you talked about showering in the morning or the evening because I'm brazilian and we take at least two showers a day (morning and evening) and I completely forgot that it's different from other places hahahaha Thank you for your tips! I'll try to do them :D
@ninahorn

Wow that's so interesting! I shower every morning but if I do sport in the afternoon then I'll have a quick one then too. But here in Germany most people shower every couple of days and think I'm weird for showering everyday! I try to keep my showers short though, as I'm sure you do to, so I don't waste too much water!
@allanina
5 жыл бұрын
@@ninahorn yes, we shower at least twice everyday but or baths are like 4 minutes long. But it happens only in the warmer places in brazil, we have temperatures like 40° C in summer and we sweat a lot so we NEED those baths hahahaha but in the coldest places, people take like one bath a day. My brother traveled to Canada once in the winter and he said that he just couldn't take one bath a day because it's too much cold and he didn't sweated at all so he didn't needed more than one bath in a couple of days

Hello everyone! Some of you might have heard of the new KZitem policies for 2020. No one really knows what this means for most channels (including education channels) and what the consequences will be. Right now, some creators (myself included) are involved in creating a new platform focused on video content that is educational, ad-free and can be made without KZitem's restrictions and algorithm constraints. If you're interested, you can sign up via watchnebula.com or use your Curiosity Stream subscription to access to the platform for free via curiositystream.com/studycorner. We'll see where 2020 will take us! Love, Mariana
