This is the realest I’ve ever seen a morning routine. Teaching remotely I am always figuring out my ebb and flow of the AM (as a non morning person) Thanks for sharing ⭐️

Cool. Your what I call a little black seal. When I lived in LA I'd get up early b4 work and go to beach and watch the surfers. When done they would stand by there cars and change into suits. I loved watching that.

Good Morning Tim. I love to see a bit of your life.. I'm not a creeper or anything!!! I spend every day doing CMC stuff, so it's nice to see what you're all about away from the mat! Didn't know you have 2 dogs! I am interested in the magnesium you take, as I have started using the cream on my hands since I found I have this Dupytrens disease. Can you share more on that? How does it help?

I make my own magnesium bicarbonate by mixing the powder with carbonated water from a soda stream. It’s dirt cheap to make and IMO the best magnesium supplement. Maybe like 10 cents for a bottle that lasts a month. There’s some other forms you can take for muscle aches like glycinate i think. I would also suggest reading Sarno, “the mind body prescription “
