1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Pour hot water over it and let it steep for 10-15 minutes

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to make cleaning easier

Bake for 30 minutes in an oven preheated to 200 degrees

Salt a little and squeeze

2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 teaspoon of honey
Pour the dressing over the salad and serve
After 30 minutes, remove the meat and sprinkle with cheese
Bake at 200C (392F) for another 5-7 minutes
