Azerbaijan dolme is one of the most delicious dishes of this region and our village, we cook dolme in different ways in the village. Today I prepared dolma in a different style.
Dolme is usually cooked with cabbage and grape leaves, which is very delicious. In this video, I cooked dolme with radish, which had a different taste. This dolma, whose ingredients are chicken meat, tomato and parsley, is poured into radish - all this is cooked on high heat and the result is a unique, very tasty and aromatic dolma.
Finally, you can mix some tomato paste with hot water and pour it on the dolma and eat with this dolma.
