I am an English speaker in the US and would still enjoy your interviews with Francophone farmers just as much (maybe more!) if they were conducted in French and published with subtitles (even automated ones). The ideas come through either way, but speaking in one’s native language can definitely let the conversation flow more freely, and subtitles have become so common that I think they could be well-accepted. 🌎

We have been blessed with a year round Farmers Market (Oregon Willamette Valley - zone 8b) in late part because one farm with green houses provided year round vegetables and even kumquats, lemons, ginger and turmeric! They are in a town ~ an hour distant, so needed to drop our market, but other farmers in our area keep it going. I'm worrying on expanding my home garden with more winter greens and row cover. 🌱 💚

just read the book - amazing what you are growing and harvesting in winter. I am about 3 hrs south of Hemmingford - NNY and this book offers great advise! will be working on winter crops next year. You are right - winter veggies such as spinach taste great!

We’re in Nova Scotia 🇨🇦 and have lettuce, kale, chard still growing under crop covers and plastic (tunnels) and just finished our carrots! It’s so busy with our homelearning/homesteading family of 7 but next year we’ll plant much more! We need a green house or two!!! Awesome video ❤

I’m looking to purchase a greenhouse to grow some Flowers; Potentially commercial if I can get there. Do I need a four season greenhouse? I’m in Colorado.
