I have created for myself a simple training plan that allows me to do the three things I enjoy the most, running, zwifting and strength training combined with a 10 week calorie deficit diet. I am already two weeks into this plan and so far so good!
Please do not just copy, I am not an expert! If you're new to fitness there are loads of resources available to get you into running or fitness for the first time. I have included here the link to the NHS couch to 5k plan - www.nhs.uk/liv... as an example!
