Took Honeybun to Kalora Park today, he had some fun running and did some training. He was so good today (Lucky there was no any other dogs around)....
Honeybun's stay is not as good as he used to be so got to start all over again...
Although Honeybun does sometimes go crazy (Hurt me every time and completely ignore his own safety) and scare the hell out of me, but Honeybun definitely show me his good side today, he did really well, I am so proud of him!

I am not a trainer but I am lucky enough to have many experienced Newfoundland breeders and trainers around me to help me with Honeybun's trainings and give me constructive advices on the issues that I have!
Honeybun is not a working dog, he is a family dog, I consider him as my son, but with his size, it is very important that he has enough training so he behaves well when we are out. Newfoundland Dogs are extremely smart, with training, they can do so much and they love learning new things. Most importantly, we don't want him to be a backyard dog, we want him to be able to do what he loves, to have a healthy, happy, balance life.
Honeybun Loves meeting people and swimming, at this point, Honeybun is still nowhere near how I want him to behave, he still get very excited when he see other people and animals, he definitely need more trainings on self control and concentration, but I am sure we will get there one day! I love him so so much!
