In June, I am running 100 miles at the South Downs Way 100 ultramarathon. This is my training plan for the 100 miler. I cover my race goals, my overall approach, my running sessions, my planned mileage, my diet and nutrition as well as my plans for strength and conditioning. Essentially, everything I need to run 100 miles. The SDW100 will be my first hundred mile ultramarathon.
