That is what is weird to me - I haven't paid much attention to 'Reform', until these last six weeks. But every decision and action this (extremist) government takes, is making 'Reform' look all the more appealing and very much the natural option to turn towards. In Nigel Farage you have someone who has a warmth, a charisma, compassion, and knows what to say to people - he can very easily strike up a conversation with anyone and be engaging to talk with. None of those things apply to Sir Kier. These two are like the difference between Night, and Day. I don't know how serious a politician Farage is, that's my biggest criticism and doubt over him. I don't know for sure whether he has any intention of going the distance. But on the other hand you just look at the attacks he has been inflicted with - Banks shutting down his accounts, Actors infiltrating Reform during the election and trying to cast it as a home for racist, and the latest is them trying to freeze him out of appearing on News channels... But the man has survived *all* of these attacks. He hasn't just survived them, he has gotten *stronger* because of that! And as such you can see why the mainstream is beginning to _fear_ him now.... not so much because he survives their best shots, but more because he is growing more and more popular with the public because of all this.

But with the Lib dems winning 74 seats with just 12% of the vote and Reform winning just 5 seats with 14% of the vote and Starmer getting a 174 seat majority with fewer votes than Corbyn in 2019 then something is wrong.

I noticed, not long after the Dear Leader got into power, stories appearing on left leaning sites saying "we were all talking about the winter fuel payment", no we weren't. Then it went to the 25% council tax discount and pay per mile, nobody I was talking to was talking about these things. The Government was telling these sites to put these stories up so when they did act on them they could say "well people were talking about how unfair these benefits were", again, nobody was. In the budget the 25% discount will be discontinued, the war on pensioners will be in full swing. It's ok say Labour MP's, their advisors and activists pensioners will get a 460 pound increase in pension due to the triple lock. What he is not telling people is he has taken 850+ pounds, from me, to pay for that 460 quid he wants to give back. That piece of crap just lies.

As Prime Minister he has enormous power, but is not able to hide himself away from consequences, or the need to make decisions he doesn't want to. I have watched him since he took over from Corbyn, I thought he had such promise to begin with, but after just six months it was clear there was nothing to the man - no ideas, no Manifesto for the party, no real charisma, no real warmth, and he has brought all of that with him to No10. Worse than that though, the mask fell away and we saw the Party's extremism pour forth... I thought Corbyn was terrible, but Sir Kier stands revealed as his disciple. With how cold it’s been over the summer I’m guessing we’re in for a brutal winter, and with the Labour Party themselves saying that cutting the winter fuel allowance would kill 4000 pensioners, I’d be surprised if stormer makes it to April

“The Labour Party are slightly more left than the Tory party”. Spot on. The only alternative for a conservative is Reform and unless we all make a concerted effort to support them we will consign ourselves to a perpetual two party left wing dictatorship. Enter comrade Starmer.

Nick, I TRULY hope you are right but as with education world I was in and saw taken over by left-wing fanatics and has now destroyed education, our police, our military (which I also was once in)the NHS, the BBC, councils, the police and so many other organizations that effectively either control or run this country - I can't see it happening. In fact, I so sadly, having been proven so right over the last 42 years since retraining as a teacher, with regarding the decline of our country, predict Labour will carry out a coup and we will have a dictatorship.

He sadly will last, impossible to remove Labour they have been democratically voted in for next five years, he can do what he wants now, he’s shown if you object it’s jail time. This country like most of Europe is finished.

With respect, owing to the size of the Labour majority, how will they not last 5 years? They didn’t have a majority in the 70s so it was easier to remove them then.

Like I’ve said before, Starmer didn’t realise that those who voted for Labour were just expressing their disappointment in the Conservatives ( and rightly so ) Had he even mentioned removing winter fuel payments they wouldn’t have got in 😡 He’s now got to GO !!

Whilst I would love to think that Labour's days are numbered. You need to remember that politicians are selfserving and I can't see enough Labour MPs backing a vote of no convidence to force a new general election. Even if Starmer was to be outed by his own party, they would just elect a new Prime Minister. All or nearly all MPs in power will vote to keep the gravy train rolling along as they are already onboard it. If a general election is called then there is a big chance that they would end up unemployed.

How will the labour party fall? Who is challenging them? The reason the labour got in is because everyone was fed up with Tories. Labour didn't get in power by their own merits they didn't even have a manifesto and their more like a change of management than a change of government. Their no different than the Tories.
