It made a quarter billion worldwide on a $60 000 budget. That's around an 8000 percent return. It would be near impossible for a low budget film to get into theaters today.

I disagree, Book of Shadows was an epic film 🎥 none of these were fan made they were all Hollywood to begin with. Now I will say part 3 sucked. I had wrote a script myself that I wish they would’ve used cuz it shows how The Blair witch came to be. ❤ long live this franchise it’s my favorite scary movie cuz it can be very real. Witches are still out there and curses are still alive and active. Stay safe in the woods yall. ❤

Absolutely awesome vlog. Love the panel session. I used to live in a rural part of San Diego known as Harbison Canyon. Houses are really spread out and back in those days when the sun went down, it was dark and spooky as all get out. A couple of weeks before watching the movie in that house, I was told the house was on Native American burial ground. In those days, that was hard to verify. Watching Blair Witch at 9 pm at night in the house, in a rural area, scared the hell out of me. I didn't sleep for days cause I kept hearing the ghost kids at all hours of the night. Best memory now and I have never done any research on the movie to ruin it. Anytime I go through that area I think of that movie, my fantastic fright and feel like I am there with Heather, Michael, and Josh 💀 🤘🏻

Our friend was manager at the theatre so we got an authentic movie poster from him and a reel of trailers of the film! So all-in-all the BWP is my all-time favorite horror "found footage documentary" with the greatest back story & incredible acting (they were so authentic!) Thanks for sharing this experience with us Adam! PS: we live in the woods so there is always a creep factor, especially at night! 💜🤟🙏
