Today I will be sharing with you how I spend my mornings and eat my breakfast. I ensure that I have a breakfast that’s very high in protein and that is healthy. I make sure I take care of how many carbs and fat I am consuming in this workout. All the research that I have done and all my knowledge is just mine and doesn’t reflect that of a medical professional.
