I really appreciated this video - this quarantine has been really stressful on my family, and especially for me as the (self proclaimed) home manager. I've actually wanted to read this book for years now but this video gave me the boost and motivation to go right to Amazon and buy it for my Kindle so I have no excuse not to read it. I haven’t been feeling super motivated, but just now I wrote out a morning routine to do before I start work in the morning and an afternoon/evening routine to set myself up a little better than I have been. I just decided it was time to change things. I remembered I watched this video this morning and realized this is probably what inspired me! Thanks for making this. Here’s to a good week in spite of difficult circumstances.

Another insightful video Lucie, love it! However, I’d like to suggest that during this time don’t force yourself to be productive or beat yourself for it, it’s also okay to not be doing anything at all. Just remember that this going to pass, so basically prioritise your mental health! ❤️

tried this for 2 weeks now. It is great. I've added 10 min of painting instead of working out because I do a longer hour-long in the afternoon when I need to get out of the house. How do you visualize the same goal for many days without getting distracted during the visualization? I started doing different goals each day and making lists on paper and then visualizing each throughout the week.

Hi guys I would like some of your suggestions as to how to get of an extremely negative mindset for myself ? I've been experiencing the feeling of being stuck for about almost a year now .. I am trying to get better but it's really very difficult for me idk why .. There's a burst of motivation for 2 days but then again I become extremely unproductive which isn't really working for me .. Taking a toll on my body and mind.. I understand I need to change I know what I have to do but I still can't find a way to make myself go through being productive continuously .. really having a hard time understanding why I'm like this.. Ik ranting here won't be helping my case but if you're reading this then please could you just let me know how would you get out of something like this 🙈

You might be suffering from a form of depression. I'd recommend taking a dpression test online and seeing where you can go from there.

I have started to eat healthy atleast a meal a day and little exercising I'll try to be accountable by myself because finding a person to be accountable to is going to only hurt them I feel .. because I thought I could do that with my girlfriend but she also has a lot in her plate and don't want to mess with her mind ..this is also one of the painful things that I realise I'm not only hurting myself but also the people around me. But Thank you for sharing your story with me I can relate to it a lot I didn't realise that I had been giving into that inner voice all along..

I second what @Justice Stanford said! Also, keep in mind that the story you tell yourself influences your feelings and reality. Be kind, if you cut yourself down, force yourself to give equal time (awkward as it may be) to complimenting yourself. Take it one day at a time, for today look at yourself with the eyes of someone who sees the beautiful struggling being that you are. And know that you are not alone in this journey.

Great video! I need some sort of routine amidst this quarentine so this is great to implement. Talking about sleep, have you read Why we sleep by Matthew Walker? I recommend it! And it kind of debunks that theory of having to wake up early, it all depends you your circadian rythm.

I love this routine and how it makes me feel, but i realize that alot of the affirmation videos do not match my christain beilefs. I feel like alot of the affirmations are about you trying to be god, when you should be thanking god for making you. So i decided to use christain affirmations and for the reading, i read the bible. Visualization, every single time i picture myself, hopefully in 4 years, being a music teacher and a youth group leader because i truely feel like that is god's image for my life.

I recently watched your video with Allie, and there you also said you're not a morning person, you're a night owl. But am I totally off-base here in saying that 11 p.m.-12 a.m. sounds pretty "early" for a night owl? And that 7 a.m.-8 a.m. is certified morning-person territory? I'm so thrown off! 😂

HAHA !!! maybe i'm living in the past?! I used to go to sleep at like 2am...but not anymore. I guess what I mean by night owl is that I get SUPER productive at night. Most people get so sleepy and can't think, but I do some of my best work in the evening!

Hi Lucie, I would love to donate money especially to my local food banks. However, my fiancé and I live on a limited and budgeted income. During this whole quarantine we have to be extra careful in case of anything. I know your thoughts on donating was suppose to be helpful, but next time I would think about people that do not have extra income. I love your videos so please don't take this in the wrong way ❤
