You not only have the best Beatles collection that I have ever seen. But your Who collection is pretty outstanding too. I have never seen Lets See Action on 7". That Hebrew pressing of Leeds is killer. The first time I saw The Who at Boston Garden Keith Moon passed out after two songs. They had to cancel the show. But they came back on April Fools Day 1976 and played one of the most amazing shows that I ever saw at Boston Garden. The second time I saw The Who I went with my cousin from Queens and my cousin from Mass who took two of his friends who knew The Who's manager and some of the members. We got to NYC and we went straight to the Navarro Hotel on Central Park East. I stayed downstairs with my cousin Mark from Queens. Before we knew it we met Bruce Springsteen and George Harrison. They were both partying with The Who at the hotel. My cousin and his two friends came down with the band. I got introduced to Townsend and Entwistle. Daltrey was in Connecticut. Someone mentioned that Robert Plant was there too. I wanted to wait but everyone else wanted to head to the Garden. We saw the first show out of five at Madison Square Garden. It was one heck of a weekend Eli~ Rob/Boston

You met George Harrison! Again - you are so lucky Rob! Was the second show part of the 1982 tour (like Tina's👇)? With all your experiences and your artists meetings - you need to write a book (with more then just one volume lol). Have a great day my friend - Eli from Israel

@@MrElirecords The show that I was talking about when we went to the Navarro Hotel was the 1979 Tour Eli. They did five shows at Madison Square Garden. I also saw them in Boston on that tour. I had a ticket to see them in Providence RI too. But because of the incident in Cincinnati when the eleven kids got killed caused a few cities to cancel. Providence was one of them. I also saw The Who in 1982 a few times. I saw both nights at Shea Stadium when they played with The Clash. Yeah, George Harrison, Bruce Springsteen, Abe Vigota and a few other musicians were visiting The Who at the old Navarro Hotel on Central Park back in 1979. >< I thought that they sounded much different without Keith Moon. Kenny Jones did not have the same chops as Moon~

Hello, Eli! Good to see you showing nice records again. Nice Israeli Live at Leeds album variation. I would be happy even with the red cover one. Till next time, Nelio.

Hello Eli; Like the T-shirt, the artistic picture design. Saw them at Shea Stadium Queens NY 1982 with Kenny Jones, for what was said to be their final tour. Nice Israeli & European import Who 45 & LP collection. Some very rare showings. Very nice Tour Book. Very enjoyable audio & visual footage of the concert. Thanks for sharing. Well done, Tina.

@@MrElirecords Hi Eli; The Who show at Shea was sponsored by Schlitz beer. This was billed as the bands last tour. We purchased a tour book which we have. The opening acts were David Johansen & The Cash. Good show, lots of memories.

@@beatledavetherecordcollector They are great live. Probably the best 60's band that are still playing nowadays (Even more than the Stones, for my taste). Cheers to you, my friend 🙂
