respect you for being honest and upfront about trt/hrt, most people especially influencers lie about that side of their life. I'm also on trt & have been for about a year now, it made a huge difference in my overall feeling/outlook on life and the day. Also noticed more energy, better recovery, improvement of appetite/metabolism, my workouts are better & then the health benefits side of it is a big difference from how i felt, looked, slept, very little inflammation now ect. If you actually need it & get it properly from an actual endocrinologist/hormone doctor it really makes a big difference in your life when done correctly & monitored.

Don't take PEDs you're 19 this is where your test is in peak. Get quality sleep, eat quality foods with nutritions (junk foods with macros don't count), get enough sunlight, reduce stress. If you do these things and don't feel better maybe go to a endocrinologist and check your test levels. The above methods increase test naturally. Just because you're tired doesn't mean you have low test.

If you are taking it because you actually have low T level then yes. Most TRT specific clinics don’t take insurance though. There is a huge difference between someone who goes to the doctor depleted of energy and finds out their T level is at say 60 vs someone who goes to a TRT clinic seeking a little extra boost to their say T level of 600. I don’t believe either the person maintaining a low to normal level of T or the person juicing T would achieve anything if they sat in front of a TV eating junk food all day but I’d be interested to know if, why, or how someone on TRT to maintain low to average normal T levels has any advantage over someone who naturally produces the same T levels… Those that think a TRT makes muscles magically grow seem to sound similar to those who think all you have to do is take a diet pill and you will magically lose weight. Many people have suffered for years with depression, low energy, ED, and even committed suicide not knowing it was all because of a low T level. Sorry, I’m just a practical kind of man who’s curious why everyone thinks people on TRT are no different than someone stacking HGH as a performance enhancer. My guess is those who see no difference are probably under 30 or 40, have never experienced low T levels or have gone on TRT boosting their T levels at or above the high end of the T spectrum. Interested in hearing any thoughts on this from others.
