Did a lot of training in 2015-2017 to increase my vertical... Then I started doing those crazy lay ups which also increased my vertical because I was consistently jumping! Recently I have been training with me personal trainer (David Mariani, MOST PERFORMANCE). Dave has helped me increase my vertical as we've only been working out for a couple weeks..
