It's worth noting for the hotty hots if people do want more coverage, they DO come in a longer 4" length in the high rise version

Love the gear recs! Just a quick heads up: the UV coating on sunglasses only last about 2 years with daily use, so you need to periodically have them recoated or replaced. I did not know this & was shocked to recently learn from eye doctor. Just thought I’d pass it along since you are doing so much outdoors.

Idc what the trends say, I’m not switching to non no-show socks. I wear shoes that require no-show socks, in my opinion. Like vans… with socks that show…it’s just a no 😂

I’m confused. Do you like socks that show or not? I hate them😅 they really bug my ankles and I get overheated easily anyway 😅
@chiknlittle

@@tammystiletto No I don't like socks that show in most shoes! Esp the socks that just cover your ankle? I just don't get the look. NO SHOW SOCKS FOR LIFE

Inner thigh chaffing! Yep, and I find that even 3-4 lbs weight difference means I'm chaffing. Or faster paces over longer distances, chaffing. I got some good ones at the Berlin Marathon last weekend 🤣😩 No-show is indeed no longer cool which is so funny to me. But I'm not replacing my no shows while they're still functional! The Bondi I think is the highest stack road Hoka. The Stinson ATR is probably the biggest trail one. But if you end up doing 5K or longer, the carbon plate shoes are magic. Saucony Endorphin Pro or the Nike VaporFly. Magic!

The Mach 5’s are pretty standard in terms of support and cushion levels. It’s neither minimal or max cushion. The Mach 5 does lack in durability tho. The outsole doesn’t last very long so keep an eye on your mileage. You’ll notice the midsole dying

Nice video! Not a runner but have been taking morning walks to the bus stop with my son every day. Its about 20 min there and back. I'm definitely not a cardio person but its good to get out there and do it! Edit to add that I'm in Ohio and it's in the 50s! Its killing me to see you in shorts lol! Fall came here in a hurry!

I'm a marathon runner. I've been running for 15 years. I wouldn't run in any of this for any run, just due to efficiency and some comfort. Just goes to show how everyone is so different. So if you're getting in to running find what's good for you. If you need any long distance gear ideas, let a fellow runner know ✌️

Last time I went to Lulu I was told they stopped making that model of bra mentioned - Swift Speed. Caved and bought one of their new styles that I can't put on or take off alone...it's too bad because they were always my go to for sports bras.

Finding a sports bra is hell rn.. I'm a 34 G after having babies, so Lululemon hasn't got much for me in bras. Neither does anywhere else 💪...😭 It's very difficult to find bikinis, bras, sports bras. Shirts. It just kinda sucks right now.

Conventional wisdom is nothing new within 3 weeks of race day! I hope you've got plenty of time to break those new shoes in before trying to PR even if it is just 2 miles.
