While patience is def important I would have to say the number one most important thing to have when scratch building is space to put your projects. which is something I do not in fact have, yet I keep building stuff anyway lmaooo😂 Amazing builds by the way, very inspiring

I honestly thought "space" was going to be the number one thing. I should'a known though, since I have space but no patience. And very few finished projects to show for it :D

I really like the one you say was inspired by the Discovery. That looks really cool in its current state. I should look amazing once finished. Also, I know where the chrome plated cylinders came from! I've used those a few times in my youth!

Very inspiring models Adam, and a fabulous looking man-cave filled with wonders! Nerf guns have never looked so good. And lovely granular detail that looks like it actually belongs on these ships. I look forward to you posting more, and would love to see how you approach the shapes to make them look real and "logical".

Some gorgeous work there mate, I especially love the brutal utilitarianism of the warship behind your Millennium Falcon. Digging the Chris Foss/Aliens vibe - you've got a great eye for silouette from a distance, and detail up close. Lovely! Subbed so I can be futher inspired

Dear Adam, beautiful work. looking forward to see how you approach scratchbuilding. Personally I’m busy working on a paper x wing model and using also some plastic greeblies and acrilic paints for weathering effects. First time working with papermodels. I used to do only plastic model kits in the past. Looking forward how you combine different models and materials in your work.

A model that you scratch build like this are really never complete you just stop when it looks fine to you cause you can go as crazzy and insane with details as you want with these space ships like afding engine rooms woth woring and hoses and pipes controls ect

@@adamdryer4713 still...you are not scratchbuilding. Do you carve parts from foam? Do you cast those parts in resin?Do you vacuform...these are the things that scratchbuilders do. Your work is very nice and I do not mean to diminish it but it is not scratchbuilding.

@@danholzer4626 you are now becoming a troll You don't know the meaning of the word plagiarism since you have used it in complexly the wrong context Allow me to explain plagiarism is when you copy somebody else's work and claim it as your own I do not do this. I take broken toys household items and general junk and create models that have never existed before opposite of plagiarism.
