@vryeyel6519you're a money hungry doctor .....skin care does help and millions of people would not just tell that skin cares helps if all of them just went through skin brightening procedure....also skin brightening only brightens your skin , it doesn't solve your skin problems... you'd need plastic surgery for that .
@Kat-y_L

@vryeyel6519 i get what you're trying to say...but skin brightness does not cure acne rash eczema or many skin concerns for which many people does skin care. It has nothing to do with skin tone. Skin care doesn't make your fairer . You can embrace your skin tone , but no one wants to embrace acne and dry patches and rash and other skin conditions.... Skin tone and skin problems are different things , this is why even dermatologist suggests skin care.

I have gone through the same thing as you have shared. It was so relatable. Right now my normal skin is much better. Sunscreen is actually the game changer which most of us neglect. And yes walking/exercisizing alongwith healthy eating habits. Sounds a little difficult, but its not, once we get to see the difference. Nowadays im still experimenting new stuffs but not going overboard as we all know too much products on the skin is not required. Another thing which i believe is important are our feet. We neglect the feet most of the time. Proper detanning, scrubbing and putting a good moisturizer makes the feet feel so good.

Yeah, no hate to her, but she has clearly had some kind of in office treatments done. Everyone gets tanned in the sun, everyone gets a little lighter when they stay indoors for a long time, and your skin changes with age and hormone fluctuations but nobody has this kind of extreme and dramatic transformation by just diet and skincare. Her complexion has changed like that fair and lovely ad, like she looks 10 shades fairer. I'm not saying it's not okay, but I don't understand the point of lying about it and giving explanations like "I did diet and skincare". Everyone has lifestyle changes when they finish school and start in-office jobs, everyone was indoors during lockdown, and most people got into skincare during that time. People aren't changing skin colors out there. It's the Bollywood equivalent of "I drink a lot of water". I mean good for her, but it's not without multiple treatments of different kinds. When young girls believe this and not get the same results that would be bad for them. In a country where people are obsessed with fair skin this doesn't help.

At that time i used any product because i didn't know what kind of skin i had so my biggest mistake was using products that were harsh for my skin another mistake was not using sunscreen since i had sensitive skin it would make break out. Soon i started to give up and stop trying any products i would only use water. Until mid high school i was able to do a bit of read search and was able to find products that fit my skin type and i also agree with you that drinking water, eating healthy, as well as the other things that you mentioned do really contribute your overall health. After using all types of products for my skin specially costly one , no doubt worked very well but when you stop using them or gradually reducing the use, it will do much more damage to the skin so now I stopped all those fancy and costly product serum creams etc. I switch to natural ingredients like washing face with besan twice a week rest days with water only(inspite being working from office communte via scooty) that reduces my pimple, for winters I switch to glycerine+rosewater+lemon mix that gives glow,brighten face and softnen the skin whole winter also healthy lifestyle plays a vital role and breathing exercise like kapalbhati bhastrika anulom vilom that gives instant result in just a week..... now I'm hoping to continue this because I can't spend quater my salary on buying expensive product....😅😅😅

Salicylic acid had really helped me a lot, initially 2 weeks it made my skin darker and formed more acnes, but at the starting of 4 th week the old acne scars had almost fade away, and the acne that it caused me had left without any scars, just to do one thing is applying sunscreen in am routine.

But nothing helped and my chin was full of acne which was so painful. For a long time i have been bogged down by my appearance . My skin is slowly improving .but the real cause of my breakouts is kinda unknown..i started working out regularly. Hope to see my skin transform like you said. ❤❤ Much love

Just sharing my experience here. I am 29. I used to get one huge pimple every month and a few white heads every now and then as a teenager and thats it. But in the past few months, my entire face was covered in bumps with severe itching. I am at most stressed out phase in my life so far. The humidity has been crazy this year (coastal city Vizag). I have been in the most unhealthy phase of my life (no exercise, poor food choices, very poor sleep, extreme stress) at the beginning of this year, and i am not getting any younger. The itchy bumps led to continuous pimples and nodules in the next one month. I used homeo , the pimples and nodules calmed down a bit. But itchy bumps still troubled me. I stared yoga in the mornings and my sleep got better immediately, continued homeo meds and new pimples didn't form after that so far. But the old scars and nodules still exist. Started moisturizing (with exactly 1 drop of coconut oil for the entire face and neck after bath , i know it is comedogenic, but 1 drop worked for me) Itching has subsided. But the journey hasn't finished yet.😅 Long story short: You can have skin issues at any age. Skin like every other organ in the body goes through stress, get your mind and body on track and skin will get better over time. Also, I know women with extraordinary skin and facial features still looking dull due to lack of self confidence. So as you work on your skin, work on your confidence too, because Confidence is always attractive , with or without acne. ❤❤❤

Which niacinamide product do you use? If you're suffering from acne, accutane is very good to take and can be prescribed by a dermatologist, though if you cant, another product You should use is the CeraVe FOAMING Face Cleanser, It includes Hyaluronic Acid, Niacinamide, and Ceramides. It'll suit your skin type and is very good. I have also used Paulas Choice-SKIN PERFECTING 2% BHA Liquid Salicylic Acid Exfoliant-Facial Exfoliant for Enlarged Pores, Wrinkles & Fine Lines and texture etc. It's a serum that you apply after cleanser, This product has helped a lot but it may be expensive, check it out though. And most importantly SUNSCREEN. Use sunscreen, any type but should be SPF 50. trust me sunscreen will solve a lot of problems. Make sure to also drink lots of water.

it's definitely safe, otherwise, they wouldn't prescribe it to anyone. Yes there are side effects, I personally only experienced the very dry cracky lips and purging of skin. But there are other side effects of feeling depressed, it just depends on the person. If you are pregnant then it's not recommended to take it. Otherwise, it's safe and really worth it. @@guptatanu7876
