In this video i have explained clearly about the seasoning of kalchatti.
Step 1: Apply castor oil and Turmeric powder and allow it to sunlight
Step 2: Repeat the above mentioned step for 15 days without washing in water
Step 3: After 15 Days give a wash and fill it with Hot Rice starch for 5 days.
Step 4: Change the Rice Starch everyday
Step 5:After 5 days Give a Wash and fill it with hot water and keep it on the stove in low flame and start boiling
Step 6: You can start cooking in the kalchatti by adding dal, veggies but not tempering till it get practised to heat.
