horrible form on both pushups and pullups , for pullups he is kipping ,focusing on chin which is not correct focus should be on chest touching the bar , core should be engaged , for pushups chest should be as close to the ground as possible , reps should be relatively slow and controlled , scapula should be retracted at the top ! These are some tips i think would help you .

Lol, once we had a pull-up test in school at P.E., so I did about 28 chin-ups (with my chin always above the bar and no leg inertia). And another my classmate "did" 25 chin-ups (with the biggest leg inertia I saw and his chin wasn't even touching the bar), and I don't understand why the teacher didn't say nothing about the right form of pull-ups and doesn't actually teach how to do right pull-ups. And then my classmate said to me something like "I almost did as much as you", and I was like "bro I counted 0 reps" 😂 P.E. is important too, no one wants to have a bad physique and a weak body. A good P.E. teacher should *teach* how to get your body in a good shape, and the reality is that by doing pull-ups with a bad form you don't build up anything except your ego.

Bro in calisthenics first you have to achieve the strength as much as possible whether you are doing pull ups and push ups. So you can do pull ups and push ups with countable form is good enough. And later you can focus on doing proper form. So the advantage is that if you have done 60 push ups which are countable then later when you will focus on proper form on push ups the reps will be around 50-55 reps. So the purpose of this video is to show the countable form of the athlete who is focusing on achieving strength first then later he will focus on proper form that is required in any calisthenics competition and 6 months progression is much better in endurance especially in calisthenics.

@@Aaxu777 💀💀💀training for strength by doing 50 60 reps? Ever heard of weighted pull-ups? Doing that many reps just increases endurance , for increasing strength optimally add weight and achieve failure within 1 to 5 reps with proper form ....it's simple 😂

@@SagarSingh-vf5zo bro weighted strength is different from endurance strength yeah it can increase reps of your push ups or pull ups but not with great value. You have to increase your reps by doing it more and more

Why do you allow your students to swing so much in their pullups and lean their chin to get it over the bar? The chin doesn't even clearly get over the bar on a few of those. The pull-up should be straight up, straight down, no swinging, no use of momentum, chin over the bar without having to lean it up there. If they can't handle it, have them use a resistance band or take them to a gym with an assisted pull-up machine. Definitely don't have them do huge numbers of improper reps.
