One of the best pieces of advice I've been given is to stop self sabotage. You don't have to call it a "morning routine" to implement feel good habits in your life. the routine you might build for yourself can be done any time + technically, your mornings are post noon haha say it from a place of love xx

The optimal morning routine will always be to take in time 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil on an empty stomach. In this manner you will not only eliminate the waste in your intestines but all the toxins deposed in your liver too.
