I am happy to share my delicious tomato soup with. You will need the following ingredients:
500 gram beef soup bones
1 liter of water
1 onion
1 tablespoon salt
Spices of your choice, e.g. B. cloves, bay leaves, rosemary
1 kilogram of tomatoes or 500 grams of tomato puree in a package.
Simmer the bones with the onion, salt and spices in the water for about 90 minutes with the lid on.
The tomatoes are added after about 70 minutes and are cooked for another 20 minutes and then pushed through a sieve with a spoon. Or if you have, take a passer.
Instead of fresh tomatoes, you can also use passed tomatoes. Then all you have to do is sift the bones, spices and onion out of the soup, add the tomato puree and bring to the boil again. Don't forget to taste!
