You are my favourite gun reviewer by Far. Your reviews are honesty seem unbiased or influenced by any manufacturer. I like the fact you shoot the gun a fair bit from varying distances and scenarios. Your range and targets are exactly what I would want to shoot at and offer a variety of difficulty levels. Sadly here in Canada are ranges are a little more rustic so we make a lot of our own targets. I like that your gal shoots the guns and offers her opinion. My wife shoots too and it’s nice to have that content from a female shooter. I like you even though your a Glock Gleek and we’re pretty harsh on My Sig Legion X5…..yes I’m a Sig fan boy but I also like my wheel guns especially my SW .357 mag. Keep up with the great videos and content.😬👍

The 7mm-08 is what the 308 was supposed to be. A replacement for the 30/06. The sectional density of the 7mm compared to 308 caliber bullets is the key. The 7mm-08 can throw a 160 grain bullet at the same velocity a 30/06 throws a 180 grain bullet. So doing the 7mm-08 has lighter recoil and hits just as hard.
@acid6urns
8 ай бұрын
uh… if the 7mm is a 160 gr bullet and the 30-06 is a 180gr and they’re going the same speed the 7mm would NOT hit as hard as the 30-06. in fact the 7mm would have something like ~400-500 ft lbs of energy less than the 30-06.

Works for all of them. Everyone should have one.

Only thing I’d swap out is the pdp for a cz p10. You can argue that the pdp has a better trigger out of the box, but the p10 trigger is great out of the box as it is and there’s multiple aftermarket options that would still leave you under the pdp price tag. But more importantly, I find the pdp snappy with its pretty high bore axis and chunky slide while the p10 has a crazy low bore axis and lighter slide which makes the recoil impulse fantastic. Plus I just like CZs ergos (and looks) more.
@sethdavis502
Жыл бұрын
I agree, a slightly not as good trigger with a better recoil impulse is a better option in my opinion. Especially for a cheaper price.
@anomaly864

I thought the P10 trigger was awful personally. I sold my P10c last year because of how much I hated it. The trigger safety doesn't sit flush when you pull it and also has a tendency to snag on the frame if I didn't pull it right. Different strokes for different folks I guess. 🤷♂️
@Andrew_182
Жыл бұрын
@@anomaly864 might have got a bad one, or might have been a wear in issue. Mine was g2g out of the box, but I did do a lot of dry firing and noticed it wear in going from good to great over time. I have also seen some people take a small file or something and very lightly smooth out the back of the safety bar where it met the frame I presume to kind of skip the wear in. There’s also aftermarket triggers like the apex or hbi or overwatch do have flush when depressed safety’s (as well as changing the overall feel of the trigger if you want). Could also just be different strokes like you said. Regardless, hope you ended up with someone you enjoy.
@sethdavis502

@@anomaly864 I don’t own a p10c but I’ve dry fired one and my dad has a vp9. The vp9 has a great trigger in my opinion and I felt the p10c was at least as good I would say. As long as I can use the trigger well then I’m good, it’s easier to change triggers then to change how snappy a gun can be.
@anomaly864
Жыл бұрын
@@sethdavis502 It's funny you mentioned the VP9. I bought a P10c a month later after getting a VP9. The trigger on the VP9 is nearly perfect. I love that gun and will probably never get rid of it. When I bought it I was deciding between that or a PPQ. The PPQ had a nice trigger too but the HK is just slightly better. I was also more accurate with the VP9. I'd love to own a PDP someday if they could make a version with the paddle mag release. I don't know why Walther decided to stop putting paddle releases on their guns. That was a dumb move on their part. They lost so many customers to HK because of that alone.

@Honest Outlaw you should consider the SA XDM Elite 10mm in your next list video. Separately, I picked up this week a Gen 5 43X MOS, thus glad to see it on your list. Thanks for the video.

I love your list and reviews. My favorite ones that i own are my HK VP9, Winchester lever action 30/30, my dad's M1 carbine , Ruger SR9 and SR22 (mostly because they were my first guns), Smith and Wesson M &P 45 and shield performance center
