My favorite method is glueing my fingers to the small parts that I’m working with! Haha. Great video, thank you!!

CA and sawdust has saved many of my pen turning projects from knots blowing out as well as providing a great finish. Nice tip on the drywall fix. Definitely a great tool for your woodworking toolbox.

I have used the cotton and CA glue trick for a bolt that has been pulled out, ruining the threads. Pack the hole with cotton, saturate the cotton with the CA glue, spritz it with the accelerator, redrill the hole with the appropriate size drill bit and then run a tap to cut new threads. Presto, the bolt will now thread right back into place. The cotton and CA glue trick is amazing strong.

I got the glue but it did not hold any of 3d carves i have made , when carving gets loos. During finnishing cut i have to paws the router and drip some of star bond glue on side of carving and spray it with axelorater

Oh wow, I have never had that happen. Is the material completely flat? If the material is not completely flat you may not have good contact. For a quick fix you can use hot glue around the edges of the board

Thanks for all your content on CNC setup and projects, much appreciated. I'm ordering my CNC soon (onefinity) and want to get some CA glue for the blue tape+CA glue hold down method. Should I go for medium or thick? I only want to keep one of them on hand, and it'll be used exclusively for work holding on the CNC. I know you said you use both, but you also use them for other things in the shop. Do you have a preference for CNC work holding? Thanks!

Medium will work great for the hold down

Just as I’m watching this, I’m looking for my Starbond to seal up a Boxes.py pox I just lasered. Starbond has been my choice for almost 20 years. A family owned company who stands by its product.

Another good use with cyanoacrylate is when you have to repair a plastic part where pieces of the plastic have shattered and are lost. Place a drop of CA glue then place a layer baking soda. The glue and the baking soda will fuse together and form a strong bond. Provided the CA glue will adhere to the type of plastic you are working with. I wrote my suggestion prior to watching the whole video. Oh well😁 Another tip! Acetone will cut the CA glue, it is really great for removing those small parts you may have just glued to your fingers! Paw Paw it is difficult to show you a new trick you seem to have them all 🤣🛫
