A little tip: how you arrange the dishes makes a big difference in how they're going to be washed. If the jets of water cannot get to any particular surface (of the dishes), it's not going to get wash. That's what happened to your glass jug as its inner surface is pretty much covered by the cup that was placed inside it. Hope you'll enjoy the machine more in due time.
@ChocoRobz

Don't think the cup was actually inside the jug, but rather just behind it. Optical illusion from the camera's perspective due to the glass jug

I have the Novete version of this dishwasher (same dishwasher, just a different outer look and a slightly different dishrack) and the main the you want to do is make sure none of the dishes are touching nor overlapping one another. Make sure there is some room for the water jets to come in contact all parts of the dish itself. It claims to be able to wash 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 cups, 7 knives, 7 forks, and 7 spoons. The reality is that it will only comfortably fit about 3 plates, 3 bowls, 3 cups, 4 knives, 4 forks, 4 spoons and still do the job well. So just keep that in mind for anyone wanting to buy this dishwasher. For me, this is fine. I live alone with 2 dogs. It takes care of most of the dishes in my house.

I personally would only use a mini dishwasher for bowls and plates and knives, forks, spoons and cups. Even if I could have a full size dishwasher I wouldnt wash a pan in it. Just due to personal preference. Doesn't bother me it can't fit the items you mentioned, just means less time cleaning the above and more time cleaning larger items. Also cleaning baby bottles and then having to rinse them off with plates in the sink is a pain. This product would be ideal for us. The machine looks nice and good. I see your arguments but you came across as picky. Good video though loved the editing.

Or better still, don’t wait until you have dozens of dishes piled up. Do them as they are needed to be done on economy fast setting and wash large ones (obviously) by hand. Even we have full size dishwasher and do bowls/pots by hand when just used to boil potatoes or spaghetti,beans or veg.

As soon as I heard about the fruit/veg washing mode I knew they realized how niche of a product this was and were just adding extra features to sell it. I installed my own water filter and fussed around with different types, I think it could work but you'd have to get creative with diy on the tubing to route it into the machine, or you might be able to just hang the tubing into the water tank when u need to refill. Not sure where you are but you should be able to order the diverter and tubing online, it's cheap parts, basically just acts as a tap extension to let water flow into the countertop water filter and still act as a normal tap, at least it might eliminate having to fill and pour and fill and pour

Youre expecting way too much from a dishwasher. Even big industrail dishwashers need you to properly rinse the dishes or soak them. I worked in a restaurant and they have large pressure hoses that you have to use to rinse the dishes and take any large particles and stuck on food with before you could put them in the dishwasher. This machine is obviously made to handle a few dishes at a time that have been rinse or soak before hand. You should fill one side of your sink with hot water and soak dishes 30 mins before using the dishwasher. Conclusion; you don't understand how a dishwasher works.
