Gday Gary, this is a great system, I think the time and effort you’ve put into building this will soon pay for itself in no time, to be able to self load items at a couple of ton really makes life easy, brilliant job as always mate, Cheers

That's a heck of a nice lifting system you have come up with for 1 man operation. I really enjoy this kind of building content. Thanks for the look and your time. Stay safe!

Fantastic design, I don’t know if it’s your original design or it’s inspired by other work, the concept and workmanship is brilliant, it is a pleasure watching your work, thank you.

I feel it will repay the time you spent on modifying your dump trailer many fold :)

I watched your other trailer video very carefully. Until then I thought a drop deck was the best way to load and move heavy equipment by yourself. Then I became convinced your trailer was the best design. It's not really optimized for the same purpose, but Matt Cremona build a similar trailer with a large log Arch for picking up large logs in an urban environment. I must have drawn 50 different designs, vacillating between the two. Here you've gone and built exactly what I was circling but couldn't quite pull the trigger on. It seems like this new design is the best of both worlds. I can already tell I will be coming back to view this video a couple more times for reference. Thank you so much for sharing your designs

Gary, love the tricks of the trade you show. Going to be making one of those bearing alignment tools. Great work on the trailer/lift. Also a project I may take on. Always wanted a crane on my truck but hated the idea of doing so on my daily driver. Thanks very much for sharing.

Hi I’ve just finished my trailer build, I used to have 5 trailers now only 1 but it does what all my other trailers did and more. It’s based around a log skidder, the frame is n shaped and all the other attachments are held with just 2 pins . It is also a Crain and lift about 1 1/2 ton . Still coming up with other attachments but they will need to be drawn up first. It’s also convertible from 2 wheels to 4 wheels , extending and hight adjustable.

Ahhh. I see the actual wire is more appropriately sized. Very good. I was a bit worried at that first picture. Wire failure when lifting big weight is no small matter.
