My week training like a Formula 1 driver opened my eyes to the joys of exercise and good eating. Thanks to Pierre Gasly's performance coach Pyry Salmela (@pyry.salmela on Insta) for taking me under his wing and pointing me in the right direction.
I did a daily session with Pyry Salmela for 4 days and then walked 38 km over the next days at the track. Did I lose any weight? How did I feel afterwards? I'll answer both of these questions in this video and show you how F1 drivers train for reaction time and how they do condition training for their necks.
