drink a huge glass of water first to prevent overeating , and just go for the specific craving atleast once! Then I would recommend getting creative at home for the remaining of your time of the month, if possible :) depends on the craving, if it’s salty I go for popcorn or oven baked fries lightly salted , if it’s sweet craving frozen yogurt is definitely a must but make sure you pile on the blueberries and strawberries first and then top it off with your frozen yogurt of choice :) hope this helps ;)
