And this is why my children will NEVER eat this bogus meal... There will be no starch and bread and cereal, there will be real food like whole milk, wild caught Salmon, there will be high nutritious fat and there will be fatty protein which is naturally occurring, like fatty fish etc... All the food guideline has done in last decade with their pyramid BS, is make people hungrier and fatter, clearly they have no clue... Don't even get me started on their recommendation on vitamin supplements...haha...keep it real, eat real food, be healthy and full of energy for real.

if you're body is tolerant to milk then it's good...but milk does have inflammation effect, matter is as an individual how equipped your body is to accept and absorb nutrients from milk. There is no one size fit all, your bio-individuality is your own key to unlock your strongest healthiest version...and that key almost certainly will not be exactly same for someone else...eat milk or dairy products and see how you feel? watch your stool, is there uneasiness in your gut? are you passing gas? etc.
