In this video the trainer will tell you what a punching bag is and how to properly perform exercises on it. A punching bag is a special training device designed for practicing punches and kicks. It is usually a large sack filled with sand or other material and suspended on a chain or rope.
Exercises on a punching bag are excellent exercise and help develop strength, endurance and coordination. It also allows you to improve your punching technique and reaction speed.
