Very few ingredients and no need to rest the dough. Everything is instant including health benefits.
Ingredients :
1 cup Ragi Atta (Finger Millet Flour)
1 cup water
Salt to taste
Ghee to apply on Roti
Method :
Add 1 cup water to a pan and salt to taste
Put it on heat and add 1 cup Ragi Atta (Finger Millet Flour) when water is heated
Mix flour well with water and turn off the heat immediately
Transfer to a mixing bowl, let it slightly cool down and start kneading a dough
Dust dry flour on rolling board and take a small portion of dough ball
Flatten with the help of rolling pin
To Cook it on Induction :
Place roti on hot pan and apply pressure on it using a wet napkin
Then flip, cook the other side and roti will puff nicely
Cook for 3-4 minutes on medium to high heat
Remove the roti from pan and apply ghee on it
To Cook it on Stove :
Place roti on hot pan and apply pressure on it using a wet napkin
Then flip, cook the other side
And take roti on stove flame, roti will puff nicely
Cook both the sides
Remove the roti from flame and apply ghee on it
Serve this Garma Garam Ragi Roti with Mirchi ka Achar or Sabji
